  • Meeting bookings: name, email, phone, preferred date and time, and any context you share.
  • Email correspondence: any information contained in messages you send to us.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security and reliability purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to profile visitors.
  • Cookies: see the "Cookies" section below.

Why we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes, send samples, and book meetings.
  • To deliver requested resources, such as our product brochure.
  • To fulfil orders and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • To keep records required by accounting, tax, and contract law.
  • To maintain the security and stability of the website.

The legal bases on which we rely are: performance of a contract (to handle quotes and orders), our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, secure the website), legal obligation (to keep accounting records), and consent (where you opt in, e.g. cookies).

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We share information only where necessary to operate the business:

  • Logistics partners: for shipping orders, where you have placed one.
  • Public authorities: where required by law.

How long we keep your information

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiry correspondence is typically kept for up to two years; client and order records are kept for the period required by Latvian accounting and contract law (generally up to ten years). You can ask us to delete your data sooner where there is no legal obligation to retain it.
