Cutting & sizing
Raw timber is selected, inspected, and precision-cut to required dimensions. Material is graded for quality and consistency before it ever reaches the press.

Manufacturing
Every panel follows a controlled, step-by-step process. Quality checkpoints at every stage ensure consistent results — board after board, batch after batch.
Raw timber is selected, inspected, and precision-cut to required dimensions. Material is graded for quality and consistency before it ever reaches the press.

Boards are edge-glued and face-glued using hydraulic presses to create solid panels. Both vertical and horizontal pressing methods are employed depending on product specification.

Panels pass through wide-belt sanders for dimensional accuracy and smooth surface quality, ready for profiling or finishing.

CNC and manual milling for custom edge profiles, rebates, and shaping. Components are assembled where required, with bracketry and lighting cut-outs handled in-factory.

Oil, lacquer, or specialist coatings are applied by skilled finishers using HVLP spray systems for consistent, durable results.

Finished products are inspected, custom-labelled per client requirements, and carefully packaged for safe transport across Europe.

Quality control
Quality is built in, not bolted on. Every batch is checked at three points before it leaves our floor.
01
Every shipment is inspected and graded before it reaches the saw. Boards that don't make the cut don't make the panel.
02
Dimensional and visual checks at the press, the sander, and the profiler. Errors caught early, not at packaging.
03
Every panel is inspected before packaging. Custom-labelled, photographed on request, and signed off by hand.
